The role

As Customer Success & Growth Manager you'll support clinics and hospitals that sign up for Caro, from the end of the sales process through full adoption and beyond. Your customers will depend on you to show them how Caro can solve their challenges around patient information and experience, and to guide their implementation of the product. You'll work with the co-founders to continually develop Caro to better fit the needs of customers and patients.

In this role you will be responsible to generate revenue by actively building and maintaining relationships with our (prospective) customers. In order to do so, you will be engaging with customers and building a thorough understanding of their strategies and ambitions.
